Coaching & payment terms

Rescheduling and missed sessions

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

45-minute B Real Clarity Call

The $97 Clarity Call is nonrefundable. It may be rescheduled once when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. If the client enrolls in the 90-Day B Real Transformation Program within seven days, the $97 fee is credited toward the program investment.

90-Day B Real Transformation Program

Enrollment and payment commit the client to the full program. Once coaching begins, payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. The program investment is $1,297 paid in full or three monthly payments of $450.

Payment plan commitment

When the three-payment option is selected, all three $450 payments remain due even if the client chooses to stop participating. Any failed or overdue payment must be resolved before the next scheduled session.

Program completion window

All program sessions must be completed within 120 days of the first session unless B Real Holistic Healing LLC approves an extension in writing.

Coaching disclaimer

Coaching supports personal growth, goals, habits, faith, accountability, and practical action. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace services from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, well-being, and results. No specific outcome is promised. If urgent medical, mental-health, or safety support is needed, contact the appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.

Youth participation

A parent or legal guardian must provide permission for any coaching or program participation involving a minor. Guardians are responsible for sharing relevant health limitations, accessibility needs, emergency contacts, and other information needed for safe participation after a program is scheduled.

For F3 Armor Run and Believe2Soar, the host organization and B Real Holistic Healing LLC will coordinate the venue, supervision, schedule, participant permissions, and reasonable safety procedures before the program begins. The public interest form is for adult organizational contacts and should not include private information about a child.

Privacy policy

Information collected

B Real Holistic Healing LLC may collect the contact and inquiry information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, program interest, and message. Only information reasonably needed to respond, schedule services, provide programs, process payment, and maintain business records is requested.

How information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries, coordinate consultations and programs, provide requested services, process transactions, communicate about appointments, and meet legal or business obligations. Personal information is not sold.

Service providers and security

Scheduling and payment may be handled by third-party providers, including Calendly and Stripe, under their own privacy and security practices. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's information

This website is intended for adults seeking services or information. Children should not submit personal information through the website. Information needed for a minor's participation is collected from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized organization contact after appropriate permission and program arrangements are in place.
